This Privacy Policy explains how montlakelabs.com (operated by PinnacleWorks INC) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit the Site, register an account, or subscribe to a plan. By using the Site, you consent to the practices described below.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. The most recent revision date appears at the top of this document. Material changes will be announced through the dashboard and via email at least 30 days before they take effect.
How We Collect Your Personal Information
Information You Provide Directly
We collect contact details including name, email address, phone number, and company. We gather order information such as billing address, payment confirmation, the plan you subscribed to, and order history. Account information collected includes name, email, optional phone number, and company. The project brief you submit on a paid order (project name, project category, goal, tools you want connected, timeline, budget range, and additional notes) is retained against your order. Support inquiries and the user-administrator chat messages exchanged on the order page are stored as well.
Information Collected Automatically
When you visit the Site or use the dashboard, we automatically collect device and browsing behavior data. This encompasses IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, and pages viewed. We use cookies and similar tracking technologies for this collection. We also log run telemetry for the flows you build (step durations, success/failure status, error messages, and timestamps) so the timeline and observability features can work.
Information from Third Parties
We may receive information about users from third parties including our payment processor (Authorize.Net), analytics providers, and the third-party services you connect as integrations (Slack, GitHub, HubSpot, Stripe, Notion, Salesforce, and others). When you connect an integration, we receive only the data scoped by the OAuth permissions you grant.
How We Use Your Personal Information
We use collected information to:
- process transactions and manage subscriptions;
- send order confirmations, receipts, renewal notices, and account-related emails;
- send operational notifications about your flows (run failures, quota thresholds, security alerts);
- deliver marketing communications and promotional offers — you may opt out at any time;
- improve and personalize the Site experience;
- detect and prevent fraud and abuse on the platform;
- comply with legal obligations while providing customer support through email and the order chat.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to enhance your browsing experience, maintain your dashboard session, analyse site traffic, and deliver relevant marketing. You can control cookie settings through your browser preferences, though disabling certain cookies — particularly session cookies — may prevent you from signing in or using the dashboard.
Sharing Your Personal Information
We share information only with:
- Service providers who help us operate the Service — including our payment processor (Authorize.Net), email delivery providers, hosting providers, and error-monitoring services;
- Integration partners you have explicitly authorized — only the data necessary to execute the flows you have configured;
- Legal authorities when required by law, court order, or to protect user rights and safety;
- An acquirer during mergers, acquisitions, or asset sales — your data follows the Service to its new operator subject to the same protections.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not train AI models on the contents of your flows or chat messages.
Security and Data Retention
All payments are processed using TLS 1.3 in transit and tokenized by Authorize.Net at the moment of checkout. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers — only the card brand and last four digits are retained on the order record for receipt purposes. Run payloads, chat messages, and project briefs are encrypted at rest. We retain personal information as long as your account is active and for the period required by applicable tax, accounting, and legal obligations (typically up to seven years for financial records), after which it is deleted. You may request earlier deletion in accordance with the rights section below.
Children's Privacy
Our services are not intended for individuals under sixteen years old. We do not knowingly collect information from children and will promptly delete it if discovered. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us at the address below so we can remove it.
Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- access your personal data;
- request correction of inaccurate data;
- request deletion of your data;
- opt out of marketing communications at any time;
- request restriction of processing;
- request data portability — including an export of your flow definitions, run history, and chat transcripts from Settings → Export in the dashboard.
These rights can be exercised at any time by contacting us using the details below. We respond within 30 days.
