FAQ

Pricing questions, answered.

What's the difference between Consumer and Business plans?

Consumer plans (Basic / Pro / Premium) are for individuals and side projects — single-user, lower run volumes. Business plans (Team / Business / Enterprise) are team-oriented with role-based access, SSO, audit logs, and higher quotas. The full breakdown is in our Terms.

What happens if I go over my monthly runs?

We notify you in-app at 80% and again at 100% of your allowance. Runs above the allowance are billed at the published overage rate for your tier on the next billing cycle.

Can I cancel or downgrade?

Yes. Cancel any time by emailing support, at least one day before the next renewal date. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal; upgrades take effect immediately with prorated charges.

Do you offer a refund if I'm not happy?

Yes — a 30-day money-back guarantee on the first paid month of any new subscription, no questions asked. Renewals after the first 30 days are evaluated case-by-case. See the Refund Policy for full details.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express, charged in U.S. dollars in advance for the upcoming billing period through our secure payment processor. We do not accept other card brands at checkout.

Where is my data stored?

Exclusively in United States data centers — US East by default. Enterprise customers may request pinning to a specific US region. We are a United States-only service and do not offer non-US data residency.

Do you train AI models on my data?

No. We do not train AI models on your Customer Data, sell it to third parties, or use it for advertising. On termination, your data is exportable for 30 days and permanently deleted afterward.

What's the uptime guarantee?

Business-tier uptime targets are 99.9% on Team, 99.95% on Business, and 99.99% on Enterprise, calculated monthly. If we miss the target for your tier in a calendar month, you can request a service credit equal to 10% of that month's fee (one credit per month, capped at 30% of trailing-twelve-month fees).

Last stop

Ready when you are.

Bring your stack. Sketch a flow. We'll keep it humming from here — through holidays, vendor outages, and that one Slack channel nobody manages anymore.
